The grape harvest is made everything of manual form, with direct selection in each vine. It is transported to Warehouse in special boxes that do not surpass the 30 kg, obtaining so the grape remains whole and without it has undergone no anomaly before its elaboration.
The used varieties are Tempranillo mainly, Moristel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Macabeo and Alcañón. |
