C H A R D O N N A Y GRAPES: Chardonnay. GRAPE HARVEST: First days of september. Made in our vineyards located in privileged lands: in the payments of Bencubas and the Taga mount (Ponzano). The grapes are gathered by hand and transported to Warehouse in special boxes. Thus it is obtained that they arrive whole, healthy and in optimal conditions for the elaboration. TASTING: Golden, shining yellow. Intense floral aromas with pleasing memories to bananas and pineapples. Pleasant passage of mouth: very smooth, honeyed, greasy, flavorful... elegant.
