| GRAPES: Tempranillo y Cabernet Sauvignon. |
| GRAPE HARVEST: The grapes are gathered by hand and transported to Warehouse in special boxes. Thus it is obtained that they arrive whole, healthy and in optimal conditions for the elaboration. |
| MATURING: In american and french oak during twenty-four months. Later, in the rest and the dark of our underground wine cellar constructed in century XVI, it has remained to constant temperature the rest of the necessary time until it acquires the bouquet that makes it unique. |
| TASTING: Red ruby with light tile edging. In nose, aromas of reduction and milkies, that denote their long permanence in bottle. Very smooth and velvety at palate. Flavorful and long, with an outstanding bouquet, reflection of the excellent conjunction of a good wood, and of the exquisite grapes of which the wine is made. |
