| GRAPE HARVEST: Made in a privileged land: in our vineyard of the payment of Bencubas (Ponzano). The grapes are gathered by hand and transported to Warehouse in special boxes. Thus it is obtained that they arrive whole, healthy and in optimal conditions for the elaboration. |

| MATURING: In american and french oak during fifteen months. Later, in the rest and the dark of our underground wine cellar constructed in century XVI, it has remained twenty months more before its commercialization. |

| TASTING: Good covered garnet cherry, very complex and elegant in nose, with primary aromas, wild fruit, liquorice, balsamic, bay. Very powerful in mouth, very structured and expressive, flavorful, with good acidity and a long final. With this long raising much fruit concentration is even appraised. Elegant wood and tannins. Complex by via retronasale in which the intense aromas of the nose reproduce. Excellent balance as a whole. |
