To nothing: 2013
Varieties: The best selection of our vineyards
Elaboration: Aged for more than 30 months in American and French oak barrels
Tasting: Garnet color with a high layer, very complex nose, where aromas of ripe fruit stand out. Combined with toasted and roasted notes of licorice on a base of black plum and blackberry and currant compote. Powerful in the mouth, broad and with great harmony with friendly and balanced tannins. Silky, broad, elegant and persistent aftertaste. This Gran Reserva de Familia is the creation of winemaker Goyo Borruel, who has been inspired by the best selections to obtain a unique wine. Gastronomy: Its pairing fits with the best delicacies you can ever imagine in the world of meats.
