  • Elaboration: Fermentation during 12 days in stainless steel tank under controlled temperature. Aged 8 months in american oak cask
  • Tasting notes: Red maroon colour with intense robe. Black plum and cassis aromes. In mouth hints of candy, leather, red fruits and gooseberry. Good integration with the oak, voluptuous, tannic with good hints of ageing. Blackberry and plum hints in retroolfaction. The variety Moristel is autochthonous exclusively from Somontano and one of varieties more representative of our land
