  • Elaboration: Fermentation during 10 day with controlled temperature in stainless steel tank. Malolactic fermentation in cask. Ageing 24 months in french oak cask.
  • Tasting notes: Red ruby colour with intense robe. In noose distinguish lacteal aromes, spicy, tobacco. Balsamic with menthol hints. Very ripe fruit with touches of wild strawberry. High persistence and tonicity, perfect integration with oak. A grand wine. In retroolfaction appear spicy and toasted hints
  • Food pairing: Duck magret, beef steak, baked porc knuckle. A great wine for a great meals
  • Serving temperature: 18º C
