  • Elaboration: Fermented during 15 days in stainless steel tank with controlled temperature between 25- 28 ºC . After malolactic fermentation remain in oak cask for ageing. During 18 months in american oak cask.
  • Tasting notes: Red cherry colour with purple rim. Balsamic notes of cherry and ripe black plum, licorice with leather notes, date and cake. Tasty and complex with chocolate and candied fruit hints. This RESERVA is the only wine in the world elaborated with this variety.
  • Food pairing: Meat, stewed hare, hunting meats
  • Serving temperature: 18º C
